Clune; followed by the raising of a rainbow flag outside city hall
for all of rainbow week.

Evening with Anne Bancroft presentation by Max Le Kain and Torch
Song Trilogy", The Club at the Other Place, 6.30pm followed by an
evening of Lounge music upstairs in Grub Café Bar

Following this, "The Dyke Night Out", WOMEN ONLY NIGHT at The Other
Place with Irish Dykons Zrazy, and stall run by Núa (www.nualifestyle.com)!INSTINCT:
Retro night brought by DJ Dermo. For a night, Dermo loses the
“Nu” part of “Nu Retro” and does what he does best…. Old skool, old
skool, OLD SKOOL.

OTHER PLACE: Daytime: Grub Café opens it's doors as always to
all the weary travellers and trollers with afternoon cream teas and
live lounge music.
LinC lesbian resource centre holds a Saturday market selling
everything from lovely lesbian lavender sachets to daring dyke
dildos and everything in between. Men welcome.
Evening: Pride Party at The Other Place with Drag Queens,
DOLLY, DEVINA DEVINE, VEDA and.. PANTI!
INSTINCT:
“Hay Ho!” Dollywood comes to Instinct with our first “Ho down”.
Performances by guys as girls and girls as guys while getting in a
dancing frenzy in the hay. Think blue jeans, check shirts, cowboy
chaps and Dolly Parton-like country western glam. Dungarees optional
girls
LOAFERS: Let go and go wild, it’s
Fancy Dress presented by Fabula. Spot prizes for original and
creative costumes.
BOO: Boo turns up the heat with an
un-missable “Fire Show”. Mardis Gras festivities run rampant with
cocktails, snog awarded beads and debauchery.

The drag workshops will also take place on Saturday evening
followed by a bus tour of Queer Cork. The time is yet to be
announced.
Disco - we are currently in the process of organising an
under-age disco. Details of this soon to follow.

UNITARIAN CHURCH: 11am - There's a
Pride service led by a woman Catholic Priest at the Unitarian Church
next to the English Market. People of all denominations/religions
and of none welcome. We'll be flying a rainbow flag at the gates.
OTHER PLACE: Big Pride
Breakfast at Grub Café followed by Rainbow Ramblers Beach outing. A
trip out of the city for the gloriously hale hearty and health
conscious –or, for those who enjoy a bit of sun, sea, surf and turf!
Evening: "Tease and Q&A on Tour @ The Other Place Club The campest party in town! 2 clubs, 3 DJ's, one great night featuring Eddie's Hot Angels, Live Performance by Ciara D DJ Mo (The George, The Dragon - Dublin) DJ Vinnie (Q&A Ireland's Indie, Rock & Pop Night) DJ Andy (V.I.Q. @ Mischief - Dublin)"

Mardis Gras, “feathers, beads and skin”. We’re turning up the
heat and bringing Brazil to Instinct. Every snog you get, gets you
beads. Can you be corks biggest ho for the night?
LOAFERS: BBQ in the Smoking Garden of
Eden @ 3pm. Roast a few sausages on the barbey! vegetarians are more
than welcome, you WILL be catered for.

From 6pm onwards, a large outdoor party will be held in both
faulkners lane (outside boo) and meat market lane
(outside instinct). The theme is “mardis gras” for both.
Think las vegas showgirls with rainbows everywhere! Many
performances by drag queens and various musical entertainers, and
visible entertainers.
